NaBSCO Welcomes New Members!
We in the Narragansett Bay Symphony Community Orchestra are dedicated to building a community of engaged musicians, to collaborate in making music passionately and at a high level.
We are here because we love to play orchestral music! All of NaBSCO’s musicians volunteer our time and talents, and some members additionally serve on our Board or help out on various organizational committees. We uphold a culture based on passion, purpose, empathy, inclusivity, and mutual respect by ensuring that every voice and every individual is heard.
NaBSCO rehearses Monday evenings, 7:00 to 9:30 p.m., at the Rhode Island Philharmonic’s Carter Center in East Providence, RI. Our season begins one week after Labor Day and finishes with a full membership meeting on the Monday evening following our Season Finale Concert. For the Concert Season, our typically calendar runs from September through June. We play three to four full-orchestra concerts and one chamber concert each season, and also gather for social events!
